Simon Clear & Associates were the Project Managers for the joint Retail Strategy prepared for Cork City and County which was completed in 2002.  The strategies for the city, county and town council areas were incorporated into the Development Plans.  This was a joint project with Roger Tym & Partners, London and Atkins.

A comprehensive review of the Retail Strategy was carried out in 2007 / 2008 and new guidance was incorporated into the City and County Plans and into the 9 Town Council Plans.
