Planning permission was granted for a phased retail park development with car showrooms, drive through restaurant, petrol station and new roads infrastrucure located adjacent to the M1 in Co. Meath.  

Zoning was achieved for a suburban District Centre in Drogheda.  

Simon Clear and Associates handled the planning applications, EIS and RIS.  The Centre opened in 2008 with Tesco as the anchor store.
