Simon Clear & Associates prepared the masterplan for infrastructure development, residential development, district centre, nursing honme, community facilities and school reservation on a 30hectare site. We also prepared the planning application, EIS and zoning strategy. Permission was granted in 2007 for Phase 1 which comprises infrastructure, 750 residenital units, neighbourhood centre and nursing home.
District Centre zoning has been confirmed in the Wexford Town & Environs Development Plan 2009 on the commercial site.
