We prepared the EIS and planning application for mixed-use development of 484 dwellings, a single storey creche, a section of the northern Newbridge distributor road, with a roundabout junction on Station Road. 

Planning permission was granted by Kildare County COuncil in May 2006.  Phase 1 has been constructed and occupied.
