Simon Clear & Associates prepared the Local Area Plan for 1400 residential units and a Neighbourhood Centre located at a DART station, for adoption by Fingal County Council.  The LAP was adopted in 2006.

This was followed by a Masterplan, EIS and Planning Application and Appeals for Phase 1 for c.680 houses. 

We worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team to resolve issues relating to the Public Safety Zone at Dublin Airport, Archaeology, Ecology, Visibility, Access and Drainage.  Planning Permission was granted by An Bord Pleanala after Third Party Appeals.
