The Opera Centre, Limerick is a major re-development project in the historic core area of Limerick City for 50,000m2 comparison retail space.  Simon Clear & Associates were part of the multi-disciplinary team which completed the Masterplanning, EIS and planning application in 2005.  Permission was granted in 2006.

Planning Permission was granted for a revised development by An Bord Pleanala in 2009 following appeals.
