Simon Clear & Associates have been involved in several phases of the re-development of Shannon Town Centre, commencing with the Masterplan in 2002, followed by an EIS and RIS.  Phase 1 was completed in 2004.  Since then there has been ongoing development of major retail and mixed-use including civic, commercial, community, residential and town park which were completed by 2006.  Later phases of development were granted permission in 2009.
