An Bord Pleanala has granted permission to Avoca Handweavers for change of use of existing retail area on the ground floor to cafe use, to facilitate the extension of an existing cafe from 38m2 to 168m2.  Change of use of existing retail area on the first floor to storage use has also been granted.
