The development will consist of the construction of a town and country store, including internal storage and retail areas, external storage / pick-up compound, signage and surface car parking.  There will also be a new roundabout on the Danigean Road serving both the proposed site and permitted development to the north of the Daigean Road, internal acess roads, footpaths, cyclepath, boundary fencing Landscaping, services and site development works.
