Nursing Home Permission

The development will consist of a two / three storey extension (c.3051square metres) to the rear of the existing nursing home to accommodate 60 additional bedrooms.  There will also be ancillary amenity and services areas and staff facilities and a single storey extension (c.54square metres) to the existing entrance / reception area to proivide a cafe area.  There will be alterations to the land profile, retaining walls and landscaped gardens.

 

The site contains a protected structure and national monument (Saint Sabb's Well, Reg. No. DU022-032 in the record of monuments and places), which will be protected in situ within the gardens.
