Permission has been granted for change of use of part of ground floor from industrial / warehouse / wholesale retail to Motor Vehicle Sales.  This will also include alterations to existing building facade, an extension of 194sq m to the west side of the existing building, advertising flags, totem signs, facade mounted signage, new boundary fencing along the southern boundary and ancillary site development works and services.
