Simon Clear & Associates were commissioned by Mayo County Council and Castlebar Town Council to prepare and complete the Castlebar Town & Environs statutory Development Plan and SEA report.  The work involved liaison with the commissioning authorities, guidance to Councillors, consultation with DoEHLG, review of submissions, preparation of Manager's Reports, draft, amended and adopted Development Plan including mapping.  The Plan was completed and adopted in May 2008.
