Local Area Plans are being prepared for major urban expansion of Swords as a city of 100,000 persons.  Simon Clear & Associates have been commissioned by Fingal County Council to work with Stakeholders to oversee the output of international consultants in preparing the Barrysparks and Lissenhall Local Area Plans.  Our role is to manage and scope the SEA and to manage the multi-disciplinary team interface with the planning authority in the production of the LAP.
