Once we have completed an initial review of a situation we provide a fee proposal for agreement.  Fees are usually paid on a phased basis.  

When necessary, we advise the involvement of other specialists.  We regularly work with Transportation Engineers such as Atkins Global and J B Barry & Partners,. 

Archaeologists such as Margaret Gowen & Company

Landscape Architects such as Mitchell & Associates

Noise,  Air Quality and Waste Management  Specialists, such as AWN Consulting

amongst others, to bring the best possible expertise to the project.
