Fingal County Council has granted permissionto Sherman Oaks for 101 dwellings at Portmarnock. The lands are located adjacent to Portmarnock railway station and the development will be the first phase in the development of the Portmarnock South Local Area Plan lands. Simon Clear & Associates acted as planning consultants in relation to the development.

Development granted at Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire

An Bord Pleanala has upheld a decision to grant permission for a mixed use residential and retail development within the grounds of the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire. The development will comprise of 26 apartments and 4 retail units, which will form part of a new street connecting Marine Road with Moran Park and the library. Simon Clear & Associates acted as planning consultants in relation to the proposal.

Dawson Street Luas Stop Railway Order application
